In contrast to cPanel, with Hepsia you can have 1 web hosting user account so as to superintend all your web sites, files, email address accounts, databases, TLDs, billing transactions and technical support tickets, and to inspect your site stats (while cPanel calls for a second login for domain name and invoice administration procedures; sometimes even a third account login is demanded for the client support GUI!!!). The multi-functional, point & click File Manager available in Hepsia will perhaps render the recourse to any File Transfer Protocol software aimless. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the Operating System choices presented with the dedicated web hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a normal device solely when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited Top Level Domains under a single web hosting account. This is attainable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use 2 separate user logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no hosting CP choice.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names in one single web hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel setups do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and hence they require 2 autonomous hosting user accounts: one domain management/billing/support account and one site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel interfaces can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
Full Root Access 4 - not available solely with the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and offered in all other circumstances.
